Our Story
At Behavior Educator, our story began with a passion for helping schools and businesses succeed. For two decades we have trained business professionals, leadership teams, and educators in behavioral science. It wasn't until we focused on healing our own individual trauma that the realization came... true leadership starts from within.
Behavior Educator was born from the belief that systems only change when the people inside them are given the space to heal. The Healing-Centered Leadership Movement blends behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed practices to empower leaders to show up with self-awareness, courage and compassion- transforming both their teams and the communities and organizations they serve. Our founder saw a need for personalized, results-driven, human centered consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.
